Canada Foundation for Innovation
The Canada Foundation for Innovation ((フランス語:Fondation canadienne pour l'innovation)) is a funding body dedicated to furthering technological research infrastructure within Canada. The mandate of the CFI is "to strengthen the capacity of Canadian universities, colleges, research hospitals, and non-profit research institutions to carry out world-class research and technology development that benefits Canadians." The body is governed by a chairperson and 13-person council appointed to three-year terms.
